Anti Social Metro Club

"Anti Social Metro Club" is a photography project I created to capture the reality of our modern urban lifestyle. In today's world, people on the metro spend an increasing amount of time staring at their phones, avoiding any form of social interaction. Through my lens, I explore the alienating effects of technology and highlight the beauty in moments of human connection. This project encourages us to put down our screens and connect with each other, even in the midst of the busy and impersonal urban environment.

The tight composition of the photographs in "Anti Social Metro Club" accentuates the alienating effect of technology by highlighting the isolation of each individual in a crowded space. The close-up shots of people's faces and their phones create a sense of claustrophobia and emphasize the lack of interaction between them. The framing also highlights the juxtaposition between the urban environment and the solitary figures, emphasizing the disconnection between people and their surroundings. By emphasizing the alienation of modern society, this project aims to encourage viewers to reflect on their relationship with technology and the importance of human connection in our daily lives.
